HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?

We turn embroidery jobs around really quickly, on average in a day or two.

During the summer holidays we are not able to guarantee the same 1-2 day service due to the peak demand. During the holidays non Cain of Heswall products do not take priority and could take up to a week to be completed.

POTENTIAL ISSUES

Please be aware, issues with our embroidery machines are extremely rare, but when embroidering at high speed means that it is possible for a needle to punch a hole into a garment.

This is more likely to happen on a cheaper garment from a supermarket/retail shop so, unfortunately, we cannot guarantee these garments if an issue occurs, we will, however, refund the embroidery fee for that garment.

With our state of the art Melco embroidery machines we are able to complete low and high volume orders quickly

Paired with Heat Pressing and in house vinyl cutting machine, multi decorated garments can be produced with a quick turn around.

Corporate clothing, whether it is for a small boutique or clinic through to much larger company clothing presentation we can provide excellent advice which is backed up with garments from trusted names such as Brook Taverner, Alexandra Workwear and more.
